Upcoming Road Improvements – Country Club Avenue, Prospect Vale

We’d like to let our community know about some upcoming road improvements on Country Club Avenue, Prospect Vale, between Sherwood Close and No. 14.

These works will help restore the road surface and improve overall driving conditions, making the area safer and more comfortable for everyone who uses it.

What you need to know:
🛠 Start date: Last week of May 2026
⏱ Duration: Approx. 4 weeks (weather permitting)
🚗 The road will remain open, with Traffic Controllers on-site to help keep traffic moving safely
📬 Nearby residents will receive advance notice if temporary access changes are needed
♻️ Help will be provided on bin collection days to minimise disruption

Council has engaged Crossroads Civil Contracting to carry out these works using an efficient method that helps reduce construction time and limit disruption where possible.
