Online Induction – Advice to Contractors
Meander Valley Council have an up to date online induction system. The system is combined with Northern Midlands Council – this means if you work for both Councils you only need to register and complete one induction.
The system includes functionality for uploading your insurances and worker qualifications and you will receive a reminder email from the system when these are coming up for renewal in the future.
The online induction for contractors is a mandatory requirement that all contractors and their subcontractors must complete before proceeding to undertake works within or on Council’s land, buildings or facilities.
If you are an existing company you will receive company login details from your Meander Valley contact and a user guide including instructions for setting up workers, completing the induction, uploading insurances and uploading worker competencies (white card etc). If you have not received company login details please contact council before proceeding to the online induction.
