COVID-19 - Important changes to services
From 8.30am, Monday 18 May 2020, Council’s customer service office will be open for walk-in enquiries for a maximum of ten (10) people at any one time. If possible, contactless payment (card, not cash) is preferred. If you do need to visit the customer service office, please use the sanitising station on your way in and maintain social distancing measures.
A reminder to consider if a visit to the office is essential. Our customer service staff can assist you over the phone and a range of services can be accessed via Council's website.

Hard copies of Advertised Planning Applications are also available for viewing in Council's customer service office. When accessing this area, please practice social distancing and if required, wait outside to ensure each person has at least four (4) square metres of space.
