Annual General Meeting

Council's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 19 January

Electors within the Meander Valley local government area are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting.

The AGM will be held on Tuesday 19 January 2021 at the Council Chambers, Westbury, commencing at 2.30pm. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, attendees are required to pre-register by phoning 6393 5300.

The Agenda for the meeting will include the formal presentation of the 2019-20 Annual Report and discussion of related public submissions. Copies of the Annual Report are now available at the Council Office, 26 Lyall Street Westbury or click here to view a copy online.

Submissions in respect of the Annual Report, Motions for Consideration or Questions on Notice for the AGM may be submitted in writing to the General Manager via email to or by post to PO Box 102, Westbury 7303 by 5pm, Monday 11 January 2021.
