Information and support for planning your next event in Meander Valley!
Council needs to be notified about your event at least three (3) months prior to the event date.
Even if not all details can be confirmed, submitting your event notification form as soon as possible will avoid processing delays. Once received, we will contact you to provide you with guidance and advice that is specific to the type of event you are holding.
