Notice of Annual General Meeting

Electors within the Meander Valley local government area are invited to attend Council’s Annual General Meeting.
The AGM will be held on Tuesday 13 December 2022 at the Council Chambers, Westbury, commencing at 2.30pm.
The Agenda for the meeting will include the formal presentation of the 2021-22 Annual Report and discussion of any public submissions received. Copies of the Annual Report are now available at the Council Office, 26 Lyall Street Westbury or click here to view a copy online.
You can submit any of the following:
- Submissions in respect of the Annual Report
- Motions for the meeting to consider
- Questions on notice
Please submit these in writing to the General Manager, via email to ogm@mvc.tas.gov.au or by post to PO Box 102, Westbury 7303.
Submission, motions and questions must be received by 12pm, Wednesday 7 December 2022.
While any person is eligible to ask questions, you must be a current elector registered within the Meander Valley municipality to propose a motion or be eligible to vote on a motion. Visit https://check.aec.gov.au to check your enrolment details.
