Weekly Update - Recreational Water Quality - Friday 7 March 2025

Egmont Reserve, Hadspen Lions Park and Blackstone Park are currently considered suitable for swimming.
Bracknell River Reserve is currently considered unsuitable for swimming.

Water quality testing results received by Council this week (ending Friday 7 March 2025) indicate the following:

Egmont Reserve (Birralee Road, Westbury) - This site is currently considered suitable for swimming.
Bracknell River Reserve (Louisa Street, Bracknell) - Bacteria (enterococci) levels are above Guideline limits. Swimming is not currently recommended at this site. Recreational water users enter the water at their own risk.
Hadspen Lions Park (Main Street, Hadspen) - This site is currently considered suitable for swimming.
Blackstone Park (Blackstone Park Drive, Blackstone Heights) - This site is currently considered suitable for swimming.

Water quality at all sites will be tested again next week.

For further information regarding recreational water quality, please contact Council on (03) 6393 5300 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, the Council offices will be closed on Monday 10 March 2025 for the 8-Hour Day public holiday.
