May Council Resolutions

  • Approved the Animal Management Fees and Charges for the 2026-27 financial year. 
  • Approved the Environmental Health Fees and Charges for the 2026-27 financial year. 
  • Approved the 2026-27 Capital Works Program projects. 
  • Approved the recommended budget changes to projects included in the 2025-26 Capital Works Program. 
  • Approved the expansion of the kerbside Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) service to Westbury, Exton and Hagley following community consultation outcomes. 
  • Approved the continuation of Policy 3: Election Caretaker Period.

  • Footpath Renewal – Liffey Street, Carrick
  • New Footpath to Winter Street between West Goderich St and Marlendy Drive, Deloraine
  • West Goderich St, Deloraine – Weston St to Winter St and Winter St to Dry St.
