Food Focus

Council has recently launched 'Food Focus', which is a newsletter style fact sheet for food businesses. Food Focus aims to keep food businesses up-to-date with information, skills and knowledge to ensure safe food for the community.

If you would like to know more about general food safety, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) website provides information on Food Safety for Consumers regarding: food safety at home, food borne illness, allergies and nutrition. DHHS also provides information on Food Safety for Businesses and Community Organisations.
