Thursday 3 April
Westbury Community Health Centre 89 Meander Valley Rd Westbury
3.00pm- 6.00pm - Come along, meet your Community Health Centre, and enjoy a free BBQ, stalls, and activities!
All are welcome to come along and get to know your local Community Health Centre.
There will be a free BBQ, stalls, activities, and information, and an opportunity to give us ideas for the future.
Friday April 4th
Carrick Hall
10.00am - 11.00am - Hatha Yoga Class - freedom in body and mind - A gentle movement practice with the breath.
11.15am -12.15pm - Yin Yoga practice - breathe deeply restful and nurturing.
Interested in yoga or wanting to return to the practice? Interested in moving your body in a gentle way? Come and join Kath Jury as she takes us through Hatha and Yin Yoga practices.
No experience necessary! BYO: Mat if you have one.
Friday 4th April

1.00pm-3.00pm - Contemporary Dance - Five Steps to Freedom
Join Anna Ewer to learn contemporary dance. This is an opportunity to come and dance and meet new friends in a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment. No need to worry about being perfect, just bring your energy and enthusiasm!

Are you looking to learn a new skill, have fun, and get moving? Boot scootin bunnies is a voluntary group that has been running classes in Westbury for over 25 years. No need to worry about being perfect, just bring your energy and enthusiasm!

9.00am-2.30pm - Sustainable Home and Garden Tour
Free bus from Westbury Community Health Centre 89 Meander Valley Rd Westbury
Join Neil and Bonnie as we tour their sustainable homes and hear about their design principles, explore off-grid living, and a learn about gardening that can feed a family all year round.

Sunday 6th April
Westbury Village Green
9.00am – 9.45am - Outdoor Flow and Fitness
Join Liza deLautour to learn about moving your body with Fitness and Yoga and how it can help reduce stress and improve your health and well-being.
This session involves; 25 minutes of fitness utilising the environment and/or minimal equipment, followed by 20 minutes of yoga stretches.
10am – 10.45am - Walk & Talk + Mindful Meditation
This session involves; 20 minutes of gentle walking around the Westbury Common/or Westbury Green, followed by 20 minutes of a guided meditation to rest and calm your mind.
BYO: mat/towel/chair (for meditation), sun hat Wear: comfortable clothes and suitable footwear.
Tuesday 8th April
Deloraine Community Garden, Pultney Street, Deloraine
10.00am-2.00pm - Sustainable Gardening on a budget workshop with Jenny Lloyd
Come and join Jenny in the Deloraine community garden and learn about plant selection, propagation, no dig practices, soil health, composting and worm farms, seed saving, watering and mulching.
