Meander Valley Council offers residents in the municipality the opportunity to dispose of unwanted hard waste items each year. The Hard Waste Collection Service is an opportunity for residents to dispose of items that cannot be placed in the regular kerbside collection. 

REGISTRATIONS OPEN from Monday 1 October 2018 and CLOSE at 5:00pm on Wednesday 7 November 2018.

You can register for the service ONLINE at or by phoning our Customer Service Desk on 6393 5300. 


Monday 12 to Friday 16 November

Area Collection Days (subject to demand)  

Only items registered with Council can be placed out for collection.  Your area collection days will be on:

Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 November  

-  Prospect Vale, Blackstone Heights, Hadspen, Rutherglen, Carrick, Bracknell and surrounding rural areas.

Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 November  

-  Westbury, Exton, Hagley and surrounding rural areas

Thursday 15 and Friday 16 November  

-  Deloraine, Meander, Mole Creek, Chudleigh, Kimberley and surrounding areas.

Note: Glass sheets must be unbroken and must be securely wrapped for safe pick up

Note: Please include approximate size of box and/or bag containing your items, ie. 1 x medium box, 2 x large bags

Do you require assistance to put out your hard waste items for collection
