At its meeting of the 11th of March, Meander Valley Council certified draft amendment 1/2008 to rezone land on Birralee Road to Industrial Zone, to facilitate the establishment of a new industrial precinct. The amendment is on public notification until the 14th of April, whereby members of the public may submit comment. The draft amendment will be assessed by the Resource Planning & Development Commission to determine the proposal's compliance with State planning legislation.
