Street lighting in urban areas and country towns is installed and maintained by Aurora Energy but the cost is met by Council. In areas where lighting is considered inadequate and additional lights may be required please submit a Customer Service Request.
Faulty or damaged lights should be reported directly to Aurora Energy giving a clear location of the light.
