Street lighting in urban areas and country towns is installed and maintained by Aurora Energy, however the cost is met by Council. In areas where it is felt additional lighting is required, please phone our Customer Service Desk on 6393 5300 to submit a Customer Service Request.

Faulty or damaged lights come under the jurisdiction of Auroa Energy, not Council, and therefore need to be reported directly to Aurora Energy on phone 13 2004.  Please note, when advising Aurora of the details of the fault, that Aurora will require you to provide the pole number and the pole ID number (6 digit number) which has the faulty lighting.
