NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO THE MEANDER VALLEY INTERIM PLANNING SCHEME 2013

Notice is hereby given that the Tasmanian Planning Commission has approved Amendment 4/2015 to:

  1. Rezone land at Carrick, Chudleigh, Davis Road - Deloraine, Chirstmas Hills Road - Elizabeth Town, Golden Valley, Weetah and Quamby Brook Road from Rural Resource Zone and Low Density Residential Zone to Rural Living Zone;
  2. Amend the Planning Scheme Maps to include the outline and notation for lower and upper Golden Valley;
  3. Amend clauses 13.4.1 Building Design and Siting, 13.4.2.1 Subdivision - General Suitability, 13.4.2.2 Subdivision - Lot Area, Building Envelope and Frontage;
  4. Rezone CT 221507/1 and CT 136832/4 from Rural Living Zone to Rural Resource zone;
  5. Amend clause 13.1.2 Local Area Objectives and clause 13.1.3 Desire Future Character Statements;
  6. Insert into section 13.2 Table of Use a Permitted Use Class qualification for Resource Development for harvesting of an existing forestry plantation;
  7. Insert F3 Carrick Rural Living Specific Area Plan into the Meander Valley Interim Planning Scheme 2013 and include the corresponding outline in the planning scheme maps.

Notice is hereby given that the Tasmanian Planning Commission has approved Urgent Amendment MEA UA1/2016 to:

  •  Rezone Folios of the Register 244354/1, 30059/1, 251609/1, 21997/1, 137721/2, 14758/2, 14758/2, 137721/1, 25152/2, 14588/1, 137721/2, 137721/4, 14588/2, 137721/5 and 6457/1 at Mole Creek Road, Coopers Road and Motton Lane Chudleigh and portions of Coopers Road, Mersey Hill Road and Motton Lane from the Rural Living zone to the Rural Resource zone.

 The amendment is effective as of 31 August 2016.

 

NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO THE MEANDER VALLEY INTERIM PLANNING SCHEME 2013

Notice is hereby given that the Tasmanian Planning Commission has approved Urgent Amendment MEA UA2/2016 to:

  • Rezones 171, 203 and 225 Emu Bay Road and 4 Gleadow Street, Deloraine from Local Business to Low Density Residential;
  • Rezones 1, 3, 5, 10, 22 and 23 Nutt Street, 14 Keegan Rise and West Goderich Street, Deloraine from Low Density Residential to General Residential; and
  • Rezones Chudleigh Cemetery from Rural Resource to Community Purpose.

 The amendment is effective as of 30 September 2016.
